Celebrity Apprentice – 2015 Cast Revealed

As much as I loathe Donald Trump, there is something about The Apprentice that I can’t get enough of… especially when it’s full of D-list celebrities.  So when I saw the cast of the new Celebrity Apprentice, I was geeked.  I can only imagine how the drama will unfold this season.  Here we go, the cast of 2015 Celebrity Apprentice….

Jamie Anderson Jamie Anderson – 2014 Sochi Olympic gold medalist for snowboarding.

Vivica A Fox Vivica A. Fox – Most recently featured in Sharknado 2, but seriously better regarded in the hit movie “Juwanna Mann”.  However, my personal favorite… she was in the movie “Set it Off” opposite Queen Latifah.

Sig Hansen Sig Hansen – One of the captians featured on the show “Deadliest Catch.”  But I have a feeling he’ll be eaten alive in the boardroom by Trump.  Just a hunch.

Shawn JohnsonShawn Johnson – 2008 Olympian for gymnastics.  Also starred in two seasons of “Dancing with the Stars.”  She has also written two books, one of which was a New York Times best seller.

Kevin Jones Kevin Jonas – Cutie Patootie from the boy band The Jonas Brothers.  Now Kevin has his own construction company JonasWerner Homes building high end custom homes, some of which have been featured on the Real Housewives of New Jersey.  He has also developed a number of apps.

Terrell Owens Terrell Owens (T.O.) – Six time NFL Pro-Bowler, model, star of “The T.O. Show.”

Lorenzo Lamas Lorenzo Lamas – Starred in Grease, Falcon Crest, more recently the TV show Renegade. Lorenzo recently has been in the news for going bankrupt for the second time in 10 years and fighting with his ex-wife, Shauna Sand, calling her an “unfit mother who is all about sex.

Kenya Moore Kenya Moore – Received her 15 minutes of fame by appearing on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and stirring up trouble on the set.  It is rumored she even paid a guy to appear on the show as her boyfriend, but in reality he wanted nothing to do with her.  Oh and she was also crowned Miss USA and appeared in a few movies such as “Deliver us from Eva.”

Leeza Gibbons Leeza Gibbons – Emmy Award winning news host of Entertainment Tonight and talk show “Leeza.”  I see her as being very perky and the diplomatic type, not wanting to ruffle feathers, but probably a perfectionist and the most professional of the group so she will surely be hated by cast mates.

Keshia Knight Pulliam Keisha Knight Pulliam – Most notably played Rudy on “The Cosby Show.”  Currently has her own production company called “Kizzy Productions.”

Geraldo Rivera Geraldo Rivera – television journalist, former talk show host, currently works for Fox News so I’m not a huge fan.

Johnny Damon Johnny Damon – World Series winning MLB player.  I don’t know sports, so therefore I don’t know him, but I assume he’s well known in the sports world.

Gilbert Gottfried Gilbert Gottfried – Comedian, actor, known to be extremely cheap as demonstrated on an episode of “Wife Swap” he appeared in.  Was known as the Aflac duck until he was fired for making inappropriate comments.

Brandi Glanville Brandi Glanville – One of the stars of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills known for having a loud mouth, being vulgar, and saying exactly what’s on her mind.  She famously got divorced from Eddie Cibrian after he cheated on her with LeAnn Rimes.  Brandi is also a former high fashion runway model.

Kate Gosselin Kate Gosselin – possibly the biggest train wreck on the show.  From the show “Jon & Kate Plus 8”, then divorced Jon and show was renamed to “Kate Plus 8.”  She has written several books and also appeared on Dancing with the Stars.  Back in the “Jon & Kate” years, her hairstyle at the time was a hot topic.

Ian Ziering Ian Ziering – Most famous for his role as Steve on Beverly Hills 90210, but also appeared on Sharknado and Sharknado 2!  He is also in my daughter’s favorite movie of his “An American Girl: McKenna Shoots for the Stars” DVD.  I do have a soft spot for him from his 90210 days.

It’s going to be a fun cast and a fun season!  My bets are on Ian Ziering and Leeza Gibbons making it to the final two positions.  Purely a guess, no spoiler, I promise.  The new season premieres Sunday, Jan 4 2015, at 9/8 c on NBC.

How to Be a Grown Up – Review

How to Be a Grown Up

If you’re a grown up and you like to laugh, you’ll love “How to Be a Grown Up” on truTV.   If not, okay you get a pass.  Show episodes such as “The Birds, the Bees, and Beyond”, “Dining, Doctors, and Decorating” and “Coffee, Cooking and Sex After Kids” cover an array of topics that we all, as grown ups, can relate to.  The show features comedians discussing these topics in a hysterical manner.  The format is very “I love the 90’s” -esque that VH1 did years back.  But it’s a format that’s consistently works.  The comics not only joke about the different trials and tribulations you experience as an adult, but also share hilarious personal anecdotes that make it even easier for the viewer to connect with.

A few of the comedians that appear on the show are: John Caparulo, Greg Fitzsimmons, Erin Foley, Al Jackson, Frank Nicotero, Kira Soltanovich, and married couple Christina Pazsitzky and Tom Segura.  Frank Nicotero not only provides comedic commentary but also does “man on the street” interviews in which hilarity ensues as well.

I don’t stray much from my regular networks, but this is one show I have set to record on my DVR (Thursdays, 10:30pm on truTV) to get my recommended dosage of laughing in per week.  See the clip below and judge for yourself… I dare you not to laugh!

MTV’s “The Challenge” Star Diem Brown, 32, Dies from cancer

95b3ea_398cdb95e60d48e99210a36d269c7b64

We have watched Diem Brown battle cancer publicly since first appearing on MTV’s “The Challenge” in 2006.  She was on the first season of The Challenge: Fresh Meat where they brought in brand new players that did not appear on Real World or Road Rules like the other contestants had.  She was immediately a fan favorite.  She was beautiful, strong, fun, positive, and battling ovarian cancer.  Throughout the seasons she appeared in we watched cancer take it’s toll but not her spirit.  She lost her hair after chemotherapy treatments, she was in remission and able to grow it back, then the cancer came back and she lost it all again.  Diem went through a tumultuous relationship with CT, the bad boy of the Challenge seasons, and saw in him what many of us couldn’t.   Diem’s love for CT and the strength that he gave her to face the camera without a wig made us then fall in love with him as well.

Diem collapsed in her last season, earlier this year, on The Challenge and she announced she was diagnosed with colon and stomach cancer.  She passed away this week in a New York hospital, surrounded by her family.  Diem was 32.

May your light forever shine on those who loved you both on screen and off.  This is truly heartbreaking.

Alison Sweeney leaves Days of Our Lives

alison-sweeney-1114204

This week on Days of Our Lives, Alison Sweeney’s character Sami Brady has said her goodbyes and is leaving Salem.  After 21 years of Sweeney playing the character on “Days”, she left this tearful goodbye on her Facebook page:

Dear ‪#‎Days‬ fans,

Sigh. We’ve been through a lot together, haven’t we? As many of you may know, when I first found out I was auditioning for Days (in September of 1992), I flipped out!! It was quite literally a dream come true for me because I’d been a mildly obsessed Days of our Lives fan for several years. A die-hard Jack & Jennifer fan, I so desperately wanted Hope to not be dead in that vat of acid, I loved her sassy spunk and bad-boy lover. I could go on and on… the point is, I’ve never forgotten what it felt like to tune in every day, anxious to find out what was going to happen to my favorite character. Yelling at my screen at Stefano, crying when Isabella died in John’s – wait, Roman’s (???) – arms, grinning ear-to-ear when Frankie & Eve sang Heart & Soul on the train. (why were they on a train??) What I’m trying to say, is that I took that fan experience into every storyline I was involved with over the last two decades. I always felt the audience watching at home. It has always mattered to me to tell the story as best as I possibly could. Whether it was ‪#‎Ejami‬, ‪#‎Lumi‬, ‪#‎Safe‬, ‪#‎Kami‬ or … ‪#‎Sole‬, or somewhere in between, whether I personally liked the story or not, I did my best to keep Sami true to herself, and played every scene as honestly as I could. I look back through all of it, and am proud of what I accomplished. Proud of the memories, the hard work and the fun times. I’m proud of who I’ve become as a result of my 21 years in Salem.

No question – I am ‪#‎teamSami‬. I have always rooted for her… to finally stop putting her foot in her mouth, being her own worst enemy, eternally needing her parents approval, oh, this list could go on and on. It’s impossible to miss Sami’s faults. But I loved her more for them. And I loved playing her faults and her character flaws as much I loved playing the scenes when she persevered! And now it’s been only 5 months since I’ve stopped getting scripts in the mail, and I MISS HER. I miss Sami, her insecurities and her agendas. I miss my friends in the cast and crew who are as close as family to me. And now that you’ve shared with my Sami’s final goodbyes, I will miss all of you. Your compliments and your criticisms. Those of you who loved sami, loved to hate her, and even those of you who couldn’t wait to get Sami off your screens (though, those people probably aren’t reading my FB page, I guess. lol.) I hope you all keep up with me at Biggest Loser, and the other projects I work on. I look forward to staying in touch with all of you here and on Twitter. I’m still going to be around okay?! so this isn’t really goodbye. At least it isn’t goodbye for me. This is just my opportunity to say a great big, sincere, tearful, THANK YOU. For everything. Every cheer, every tear, every tweet, post and letter. Thank you for investing in me and my character.

‪#‎LOVE‬,
Ali

Video: Joe Giudice Shoving Cameraman in Courthouse

Joe Giudice and Cameraman

Joe Giudice this afternoon entered a guilty plea as part of a plea deal to driver license fraud and was given a very generous 18 month sentence that he can serve concurrently with the prison time he received for his federal fraud case.  At first Juicy Joe wasn’t going to accept the plea deal.  He said he wanted it to go to trial because he was innocent.  The judge warned that once he does that there would be no going back and if found guilty in trial he could tack years on to his prison sentence instead of serving at the same time.  Joe decided to reconsider and ended up going for the plea deal.

However, on Joe’s way in to the courthouse today, he not only threatened to kick a photog in the face,  he also decided to shove a cameraman.  I am not sure what this man is thinking!  He’s lucky he’s not being charged with assault on top of everything else going on.  He better get his temper in check before prison or it could mean really bad news on any hope of getting out of there.  Check out the video below.

Top Chef: Boston Premiere with Richard Blais

top-chef-logo-season-12

Top Chef: Boston (Season 12) premiered tonight on Bravo with Richard Blais filling in for Tom Colicchio.  I love and adore Richard Blais and am so excited he is on the show as one of the judges this season.  He and CJ Jacobson are my two favorite Top Chef contestants of all-time and would love to meet them in person one day.  It’s obvious they are good people, you know?  But anyway…. here’s the recap of tonight’s episode:

There are 16 contestants to start out.  They each give their backgrounds and a number of them work for past Top Chef contestants.  Something about the cast this seasons seems very interesting and appealing.  I am already intrigued by them.

george-pagonis-fullThe first challenge is a sudden death quick fire and has the contestants split into four groups.  It is the usual Top Chef first challenge that involves speed and culinary skills / “Mise En Place” tasks.  Each team has four stations with local New England ingredients: 3 lobsters, 20 oysters, 8 Boston mackerel, 21 clams to cut, open, or filet depending on the ingredient.  The slowest chef on the slowest team will face elimination.   It was a neck and neck race with the chefs definitely showing their strengths while others showed their weaknesses.  In the end, the red team which consisted of Melissa, Joy, George, and Gregory ended up losing the race.  George Pagonis, who is a business partner with former Top Chef contestant Mike Isabella, was ultimately the slowest chef on that team.  George was then instructed to pick a chef to go head to head with in a sudden match cook off.  If George won, they would both stay, if he lost, he would be eliminated.  George felt Gregory didn’t do well on the mackerel and was the reason for the team’s failure, so he chose him as his opponent.  The two got 20 minutes to cook a dish using any of those local ingredients.  George chose the mackerel, Gregory chose mackerel, lobster, and oyster trio.  Pretty impressive to choose three dishes instead of just one.  Ultimately, Gregory impressed Richard and Padma the most with his dish and therefore since George packing.

101414topchefElimination Challenge:  Hosting first ever Top Chef Food Festival and each contestant will have their own booth and serving to 250 locals.  The challenge is to cook an updated version of the very first dish the contestants ever remember cooking.  Richard, Padma, Gail Simmons, and Tom Colicchio make their rounds throughout the food festival.  There are already some clear front runners and some clear losers.  The judges are giving their feedback right there on the spot and have some chefs sweating bullets.  Some of their comments are downright harsh.  Padma even had to spit out Aaron’s pork belly out and told him not only does he need to clean up his act but he also needs to clean up his station.  She told Richard as they walked away “It’s a mess mess messy mess.”

mei-lin-fullThe four judges reconvene to discuss the dishes…. the ones they loved and the ones they hated.  Padma then tells the chefs that the the judges would like to see…. all of them.  Usually it’s either the chefs with the top three or the bottom three dishes.  So this is a twist.  Doug, Mei, Gregory are asked to stay where they are and everyone else is asked to step to the side.  Those three served the favorite dishes of the night.  Richard announces the winner as Mei (from Dearborn, MI!  Woot woot!) .

Then Padma calls up Katie, Michael, and Katsuji.  Katie’s broccoli salad the judges felt wasn’t appropriate for the festival.  It was more of a side dish and the bacon powder, they felt, didn’t serve a purpose.  Michael’s corn soup had salmon in it and was too fishy.  Katsuji’s just had too much going on with about 20 ingredients.  Padma then instructs Michael to pack his knives and go.

Katy Perry to play Superbowl XLIX Halftime

Katy Perry

The rumor is that Katy Perry is in the middle of signing a deal to perform the 2015 Superbowl Halftime show.  In recent years, the NFL has chosen younger acts for the halftime gig (Bruno Mars, Beyonce, LMFAO/Nicki Minaj, and the Black Eyed Peas), so it’s no surprise that they would choose Katy Perry who is one of the hottest acts in the country right now.

Others who were in consideration for the show were Coldplay and Rihanna.  No surprise Rihanna wasn’t chosen after she got the axe from CBS’ Thursday Night Football tune.

Superbowl XLIX will air Sunday, February 1, on NBC from Glendale, Arizona.

Recap: WWHL: One-on-One with Teresa and Joe

teresa-joe-guidice-wwhl

Full recap on tonight’s special:

Tonight Andy Cohen sat down with Teresa and Joe Giudice one-on-one (one-on-two?) to discuss their recent prison sentencings and what that means for them, their children, their marriage, and their careers.  This comes on the heels of news breaking yesterday afternoon that Teresa was four hours late for the taping of Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show.  She also reportedly stopped taping several times and stated she just needed a minute because she was going through a lot of stuff right now.  Clearly, facing a prison sentence that is slated to last over a year (15 months to be exact) and her husband being sent away for 3.5 years (41 months) with the possibility of being deported looming, is “a lot of stuff” for anyone to go through.  Also, during her sentencing hearing, she stated that RHONJ was scripted and used creative editing to make her look like a bitch.  I am interested to see if Andy will address this in tonight’s special.

Andy starts out by asking them in a soft, sympathetic voice, how they’re doing.  Teresa says she’s numb and she’s just concerned about her daughters.  Teresa is having a hard time formulating sentences.  Joe feels his sentence is a little high.  He didn’t think he would receive that much time but “it is what it is” he says.  Andy turns to Teresa and says “there was speculation you wouldn’t serve at all, what is your reaction?”  She’s stuttering, and talking about how she was trembling and her nerves were just shot.  She was shocked.  She looks like she has aged over night.  Andy asks Teresa if she thinks she’s been in denial.  She said in court “it’s time that I need to wake up.”  Teresa says she does need to understand things before she signs them and needs to read things before she signs them or find a contract lawyer.  So apparently she’s claiming ignorance that she didn’t really know what was going on.  Hmm Mmm.

Andy : “why would you sign a plea agreement that could send you away for 27 months?”

Teresa: “I didn’t…. I didn’t understand that part.”

Andy asks with a shocked tone, “you didn’t??  Did your lawyer not tell you what that meant?!  What did you think would happen after you accepted that plea deal?”

Teresa:  “I don’t know, I just thought my lawyer was going to fight for me.  I don’t know.  That’s why you hire an attorney.  You put it in their hands.  I have always followed direction.  Whatever they wanted from me, believe me, I gave it to them.  I’m not trying to hide anything.”

Andy: “You both have a huge legal team, crisis management, you’ve got everything around you, how is it possible that you went back into the courtroom yesterday and the judge says ‘there are all of these omissions in your paperwork’ that’s what I didn’t understand.”

Teresa says that’s why she was shocked because whatever they wanted, she would do.  Andy asks what her conversation was like with her attorneys after the sentencing.  Teresa says she didn’t speak a word to her attorneys.  It was done.  The judge made her ruling and it was done.

Andy (to Joe): “when you plead guilty did you think Teresa would get jail time?”

Joe: “No.”

Andy: “Is that why you plead guilty?”

Joe: “Yeah.”  Joe goes on to explain that the lawyers told him he could get double the amount of prison time if he didn’t plead guilty.  You don’t know who to believe.  If you go to trial you only lose one count.  “I was expecting me.  I wasn’t expecting her.  I took the whole blame.  She didn’t have a part.  She really didn’t in my businesses.”

So Andy asks Teresa: “did you just sign what you were given to sign?”

Teresa: “This was before ‘Housewives’.  I was just signing whatever Joe told me to sign.”

Andy: “So Joe, when you were handing her documents to sign, did you know what you were having her sign?”

Joe: “Just whatever the bank gave me, I gave her to sign.”

Andy: “but you were taking out false loans…”

Joe: “okay, whatever, I was taking out false loans. (he says with a smile) They handed me the paperwork… whatever the forms were… and she had better credit, so we used her.  She never came to closings.  She’s never been to closings.  She might have signed on our home, but that was it.”

Andy: “How would you explain what you did?”

Joe: “Basically I would get the paperwork, sign it, and we would be done.”

Andy: “What was illegal was what you said to the bank.”

Joe: “Yes well there were legal things like tax returns and such.”

Andy: “Why did you do it?  Was it for the money? Was it for keeping up with the Joneses?”

Joe: “No…” Teresa: “Yeah that’s what the judge said.”

Andy to Teresa: “I mean, look, you have a reputation, falsely or not, of loving fine things.  There was a time when that…. it seemed… that meant a lot to you.  You loved fine things… you didn’t want to live in a house that someone had already lived in…”

Teresa: “THAT I regret.”

Andy: “You caught… these are things that you said…”

Teresa: “I didn’t mean it that way.  Listen, I would buy a used home….”

Andy: “I’m just curious, if you (Joe) wanted to get more money… you know… to satisfy Teresa.”

Joe: “No, I wouldn’t do that.”

Teresa: “Yeah, he’s not like that.  You said I like the finer things in life… not that I work… I get paid… if I see something I want, I buy it.  I don’t spend money I don’t have.  I mean, I work. I’m not trying to keep up with Joneses.”

Andy: “You got a lot of flack when you were looking at houses… on the show a few weeks ago, you were carrying a $3000 purse.  You got a lot of flack for that.”

Teresa: “Well, see, right there… I didn’t pay $3000 for that purse. I don’t pay retail for a lot of things.”

Joe: “How much do you think my suit is?”

Andy: “How much do I think your suit is?  $600 bucks.”

Joe: “You’re wrong.”

Andy: “Alright, how much, Joe?”

Joe: “You get two suits, two shirt, two ties, $250.”

Andy: “Nice”

Joe: “And it’s an Italian suit!”

Andy: “Nice, I wouldn’t expect different.”

Joe: “How much is your suit?”

Andy: “My suit? I did not pay for retail for.”

Teresa: “See, that’s how it is, when you’re on a tv show, people give you things at discounted prices or they send things to you. So it’s not like…”

Andy: “but I paid my taxes on this suit.”  (Oh snap!!)

Teresa: “Well I pay taxes… I’ve always paid my taxes.”

**commercial break**

Andy: “You were sentenced to 15 months in prison yesterday, describe your night last night when you got home.”

Teresa: “There was, you know, a family there, friends, and you know, it was just hard.  Walking in.  I couldn’t wait to see my daughters.  That was the first thing I wanted to see, and my parents.  I saw my mom, she started crying.  I was like mom, don’t cry just be strong for me.  And my mom, was like, she just couldn’t believe it.  She was like you never did anything wrong, you’ve always been a good kid.  You know, she was just so upset and just seeing her being upset, it was hard.  And I saw Gia, she was crying.  And we just hugged for a long time.”

Andy: “How did Gia get the news of your sentencing?”

Teresa: “You know, when I came home, I told her.  She got upset, we were both there talking to her.”

Andy: “What did you say to her?”

Teresa: “You know, that it’s going to be okay.  And she was being strong for me, I could tell.  And she was like ‘mommy, don’t worry about it.  I’ll be there.  I’ll be there with daddy for the girls.  And it will prepare me for when I’m a mom.’  And when she said that, oh my god, it just broke my heart. And then today I got a phone call from the guidance counselor and umm she told me she met with Gia… because you know, everyone’s been great… like the schools…. and they said they spoke to her and they’re going to take her out of gym period once a week and talk to her and see how she’s doing.  And she likes that idea.  Gia told the guidance counselor the one thing she was worried about was me (Teresa).  She said she’s worried about her mom.  I thought she would be worried about her sisters, but she’s worried about me.”

Andy: “What is she worried about with you?”

Teresa: “Well because I kept saying, believe me…. my husband’s a great husband and a great father, but I do everything for my daughters.  Like Everything.  I drive them everywhere.  Pretty much everything.  I’m old school.  And Joe, when I ask him to do something, he will do it, but pretty much I’m the one that’s hands on.  So what I said to my husband is just please take of our daughters.  You need to do what I do.”

Andy: “You’re being remanded on January 5th, right?  You have to report right?  So that leaves Joe alone… what does that notion look like to you?”

Joe: sighs “It’s going to be a lot of work.  It’s going to be a lot of work.  But they’re my daughters and you gotta do what you gotta do. Guess I’m going to be a housewife, that’s what I’m going to do.”

Andy:  “What have you told the other girls?”

Teresa: “They don’t know anything.”

Andy: “But Milania is how old now?”

Teresa: “She’s 8”

Andy: “She’s eight, so she’s in 2nd grade?”

Teresa: “Third grade.”

Andy: “Third grade, so is she in school today?”

Joe: “Actually Milania came up to me and goes ‘do you have something to say to me?’ and I said ‘like what?’ and Milania goes ‘I don’t know…’  So I think she knows something’s up, but I don’t know.”

Andy: “Milania’s very smart, she’s in third grade, don’t you think she’s going to hear at school?”

Teresa: “No, I don’t think so.”

Andy: “You don’t?”

Joe: “I mean Gabriella’s going to know something.”

Teresa: “She gave a kiss this morning.”  She goes on to explain that Gabriella’s not that affectionate like the other girls, but this morning she gave her a kiss like she knew she needed it.

Joe: “Yeah she asked me why was everyone over our house.  Because the last time we had everyone over…. (Joe gets choked up)….”

Andy: “…. your dad passed?”

Joe is too choked up to speak.

Teresa: “It’s been really hard.  What did you say? It’s been four months since he passed since he passed and we’re all getting together.”

Andy: “But you ARE going to have to talk to Milania, right?”

Teresa: “Yeah, we will.  I’m not going to say…. I don’t know… I mean, I’m going to have Joe come see me with the girls.  But I do want to say I’m grateful to the judge [for staggering their sentences] because she could have taken us both at the same time.”

Andy: “Are you scare of going to jail?”

Joe: “You know what, I would have been happier if it was just me going, you know, I’m more scared for my wife than me.”

Andy: What scares you about her?”

Joe: “I don’t want her to go to jail.  She doesn’t deserve to go.”

**commercial break**

Andy: “I got to talk to about prison because I’ve been thinking about this a lot.  You are a person who likes to have her hair and makeup done.  You’ve got style, you care about your appearance…. knowing that, how do you think you’re going to do in prison?”

Teresa: “I’m going to do fine.  I don’t care about that.  I’ll just slick my hair back and go about my day.”

Andy: “What’s your biggest fear about going to prison?”

Teresa: “I just think about my daughters, it’s all I think about.”

Andy: “So you’re not thinking about physically ‘I’m going to be in this place for 15 months’?”

Teresa: “I just want to be home with my daughters. That’s all I think about.  I’ve been saying that since last night.  I just want to make sure my daughters are okay.  That’s all I want.  I just want him to be with them.  I want to hear they’re doing okay.  I want him to bring them to me.”

Andy: “You just want to see them as much as possible”

Teresa: “yeah, I do want to see them.  He told me he’s going to come see me twice a week and I told him not twice a week, the girls are busy, they have busy schedules, but once a week.”

Andy: “Are you worried about losing your temper in prison?”

Teresa: “No, not at all”

Andy: “No?  You PUSHED me at that reunion.”

Teresa: “Yeah, I mean, that’s what I’m saying, I’ve grown since then, I’m not that same person.”

Andy: “Joe, are you worried about her losing her temper?”

Joe (to Teresa jokingly): “only if another woman touches you.”

Andy:  “You’re tough!  You’re tough.”

Teresa: “Well yeah, but no one can push my buttons anymore.”

Andy: “Really?  Why?  Because of what you’ve been through?”

Teresa: “Yeah.”

Andy: “You’re just kind of numb to it all?”

Teresa: “I really am.”

PART 2 OF ONE-ON-ONE SPECIAL TO AIR THURSDAY AT 9PM EST!!

Teresa and Joe Giudice to speak with Andy Cohen

Teresa and Joe WWHL

According to TMZ , Teresa and Joe Giudice did not give a statement to the press yesterday after their sentencing because they have a deal with Andy Cohen to speak on his show Watch What Happens Live on a special program Monday titled, “One-on-one with Teresa and Joe.”

What’s funny about this is that Teresa told the judge she doesn’t care about reality TV, all she cares about are her children.  She also stated that the character she is portrayed as on Real Housewives of New Jersey is not how she really is and that the show is “scripted” and uses “creative editing.”   Nothing like biting the hand that feeds you and then going back for more.

However, smart move on Bravo’s part because Teresa and Joe kept their agreement with the show and did not speak to any press.  This gives Watch What Happens Live and exclusive interview with the Giudices and if the activity on Twitter yesterday is any indication, this is going to be a highly rated program on Monday.  The topics are rumored to include: their fears, family, and fraudulent ways.  My prediction, even after a guilty plea deal, they will still deny deny deny.  Teresa especially seems to live in a fantasy world that has a hard time dealing with what’s really going on.  She will have sugar coated answers for everything, I am sure.  However, we all know Teresa well enough to know, she must be freaking out about going to prison.

Teresa received a sentence of 15 months in prison.  Her husband, Joe, will serve 41 months after Teresa’s sentence.
