Real Housewives of O.C. Season 8 premiere recap

dish-021913-real-housewives-of-orange-county

At the end of last season we saw Vicki’s relationship with her daughter Breana strained because of Vicki’s new boyfriend, Brooks, which no one trusts.  Vicki seemed to be choosing Brooks over family and friends and everyone thought of Brooks as a moocher/opportunist.  Breana, who married her boyfriend on a whim in Las Vegas without Vicki knowing, revealed at the reunion that she was pregnant. Tamra and Eddie got engaged.  Heather changed her last name to her husband’s (finally!) and further friction developed between Alexis and Heather during Heather’s name changing party at the season finale.  Tamra and Heather feel Alexis is not authentic.  Meanwhile Gretchen and Tamra developed an unlikely friendship while Tamra and Vicki’s relationship is now strained.  Vicki and Alexis seemed to be closer, partly because I believe they were the outsiders this past season.

vicki-gunvalson-240So you got all that?  First scene of the season premiere is Vicki with her new nose and face.  Breana and Ryan have moved in with her so she can help with the baby while Ryan is deployed.  She is honest about the work she’s had done on her face.  She looks better, I’ll give her that.  She hasn’t told the other women that she had it done.  Brooks and Vicki broke up after everyone said so many awful things.  She says she doesn’t want to be influenced by everyone else right after she basically said she had the reconstructive plastic surgery on her face and dumped Brooks because of what people said.  Completely contradicting herself.

Heather is inviting all of the women over, excluding Alexis, for a clambake over the weekend.  So in preparation she cooked her family lobster.  I love the dynamic between Terry and Heather.  They have a honest, open, communicative relationship.

Eddie and Tamra and her kids have moved into his house together since their engagement.  She said it’s been a bit of an adjustment.  Eddie is a bit anal retentive about the lights being left on, dirt on the carpet, etc.

Vicki’s with Briana and Ryan at the hospital as Briana has gone into labor. Vicki is excited to be a grandmother!  Heather called Tamra who was out with Gretchen to tell the ladies that Briana was in labor.  Tamra tells Gretchen that she got a nasty email from Vicki basically blaming her for the fact that they’re not friends anymore.  Vicki told Tamra that Eddie’s going to leave her one day… just really mean, hurtful things.  Tamra says Vicki is just as much to blame.  The two of them then discuss Alexis and Tamra tells Gretchen that the last she heard Alexis and Jim were going to sue her for calling her “Jesus Jugs” at the reunion.  They said Alexis keeps saying that she was bullied by them and Gretchen feels that she’s attaching herself to this “bully” thing because it’s the hot topic in the country right now and this way she can play the victim and have people feel sorry for her.  Gretchen is spot on!  Meanwhile after 18 hours in labor, Briana is now being taken in for a c-section.  Troy was born just about a half hour later.  Very touching moment seeing Briana hold her baby and Vicki talk about how close she has always been with Briana.

Slade has a new job as a radio host.  Gretchen has to call him to ask how to make coffee with the Keurig.  Gretchen is very excited Slade now has a job.  Gretchen’s having to manage her business by herself, although she did hire Cindy to help her out.

Alexis says that they have bought a new house, 6,000 sq feet, 5 bedroom, 6 bathrooms, and they own it, they are no longer renting.  She has a new haircut that is super cute and I am still getting used to her new face with the nose job she had done last season.  Alexis says that Jim and her relationship was only strained when she was spreading herself too thin and she needs to get back to having family as number one.  Alexis says she was definitely bullied last year by Heather, Gretchen, and Tamra.   She says Tamra stole her best friend (Gretchen).

Heather is setting up for the clambake dinner with the ladies and completely micromanaging every aspect of how it is set up.  It looks gorgeous, but she’s still have things moved and tweaked.  She realizes this is an issue and tries to scale herself back a bit.  She has the seating all figured out with who’s going to sit where.

Eddie and Tamra are on their way over to Heather’s and Tamra says she’s really worried about seeing Vicki.  Vicki’s nervous because her face is still swollen.  Tamra and Eddie go to pick up Gretchen and the ladies are wearing virtually the same outfit.  Tamra shows Gretchen a picture she found online of Vicki’s new face.  They are shocked and trying to figure out just what she got done.  Vicki’s also worried about going by herself to this couple event and she doesn’t have a man with her for once.  Gretchen and Tamra arrive to Heather’s first and Gretchen is freaking out that she has to sit next to Vicki.  Heather tells the ladies that Vicki and Brooks have broken up and neither Gretchen nor Tamra believe it.  They think Vicki’s just saying they’re broken up so people will stop giving them a hard time about being together. Vicki arrives, Tamra’s trying to decide how to approach her and what to do and then the episode ends!  Ugh!

But we did get a glimpse of what’s coming up this season on Real Housewives of Orange County and the new housewife, Lydia, who is friends with Alexis and I just want to tell her to eat a sandwich.  She is pretty, but waaaay thin!  Looks like she may be a pot stirrer as well as old housewife, Laurie, is back!  Good stuff to come!

Celebrity Apprentice All Stars: Season 13, Episode 5 Recap

Celebrity_Apprentice_AllStars

Well this is a nice surprise having Celebrity Apprentice down to an hour instead of two-hours.  I’ve said it a billion (okay, maybe 10) times that I don’t see why reality shows feel the need to be two hours long.  You can see an Oscar award-winning movie with that amount of time.  I don’t like that the boardroom scenes go on for a half hour, sometimes more.  I find the actual tasks more interesting than the bickering or kissing up that goes on in the boardroom.

So the last two episodes we have seen women go home that were too afraid to bring Omarosa into the boardroom.  I would be afraid of the woman too, but it makes the project manager look even worse when she doesn’t go toe to toe with Omarosa.  But Piers is back again this week, so this should make the boardroom a little more interesting and just because of that I would bring her back in the boardroom as one of the possible firings even if she wasn’t to blame on the task.  Piers has got an axe to grind with her and although I find it a bit immature, it’s at least good TV.

This week’s task is to create a gallery event, open to the public, to sell 3D art that they have made.  Team that raises the most amount of money wins.  Immediately Trump moves Trace over to team Power (Brandi, Omarosa, Lil’ Jon, and Dennis Rodman) since they’re down a person.  Trace does not like this move at all.  Lil’ Jon and Lisa are the project managers for their teams.

On Plan B (Lisa Rinna – Project Manager, Penn Jillette, Stephen Baldwin, Gary Busey and Marilu Henner) they start strategizing how they’re going to raise the money.  Penn says that the art itself does not matter, just get donors down there that are willing to pay big bucks for anything, just because it goes to charity, essentially.  Stephen interjects and says that the art does matter to him and that he knows an art dealer that can get his clients down there to buy ART.  He immediately gets on the phone and starts talking to someone and saying stuff like, “well just get the prince down here….” and Marilu says in her interview that it’s the biggest bullshit she’s ever heard, she doesn’t know what play he thinks he’s in or who he thinks he’s talking to, but it’s all bullshit.  And it really is.  Stephen thinks he’s so above everyone and the biggest celebrity there, it’s ridiculous.  Lisa tells Penn she doesn’t feel Stephen will bring in any money.

On Power, Dennis Rodman is actually contributing for once and making some great art pieces with basketballs and such.  Lil’ Jon compliments him on how well he’s doing.  Meanwhile on Plan B, Gary Busey is basically going insane.  Saying weird stuff and singing and pounding on things.  Oy, again, the man should not be on this show!

Piers pays a visit to Team Power.  Lil’ Jon tells Piers that the person who brings in the least amount of money is the one going home and Brandi is going to be the accountant.  Omarosa also agrees and tells Piers she will not be the top money maker and the person at the bottom deserves to go home.  Piers’ advice to the team is to watch themselves carefully because one slip up and she’ll take advantage of that.

Gallery opens and the Power’s doing really well bringing in $20,000, $30,000, $50,000.  In Plan B’s gallery, in walks Blue Man Group with money stuffed in jello molds and each bill was shaped in a triangle.  So Omarosa finds out that she and Dennis are tied for the same amount.  She goes off then comes back and slips her friend another $2k so that he donates $7,000 instead of the original $5,000 that he said he was going to.  Cheater!  Geez, this woman will stop at nothing.  Apparently her dignity means nothing.  Hairstylist Chaz Dean, comes in and donates $80,000 but one of the four pieces he bought was one of Stephen’s and he’s saying that that puts him at a disadvantage because she gets credit for the sale.  Waaah Waah Waaaaah.  I bet that was probably the only piece of his that even sold!

Boardroom time… Lisa says that Penn was her star and brought in $85,000… Stephen brought in $5,000.  So he immediately begins to blame Lisa for selling one of his pieces.  Gary Busey didn’t bring in any money even though one of Marilu’s people bought his piece for $25,000.

Trace says that he liked his other team better than Power’s.  He feels he has a better chance at winning on it.  Lil Jon says that Omarosa and Dennis brought in the least.  Dennis brought in $10,000 and Omarosa brought in $12,000 – only because $2,000 came from her own pocket.  Power brought in a total of $179,000 and Plan B brought in $225,000… Lisa’s Plan B team won and takes home the total from both teams!  Lisa’s charity is St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

So Omarosa then goes guns blazing against Lil Jon and says he deserves to go home because he waited until this task to get his big donors, even though earlier she agreed that the person with the least amount of money raised should go home.  Piers makes the good point that Dennis Rodman had some good stuff on display… signed basketball and Derek Jeter signed bat.  Piers and Omarosa are really going at it.  I feel that Piers is holding his ground really well.  Brande states she would fire Omarosa.  Lil Jon sends Brande and Trace back to the suite and the other three of them wait in the hall for Trump’s decision.  I really hope it comes out that Omarosa cheated or that she goes home regardless.

The three of them, Omarosa, Lil Jon, and Dennis Rodman all defend themselves on why the should stay and someone else should go home.  The guys both say Omarosa should go.  At this point, I think Trump even believes that Omarosa should go home too but it’s like he wants to watch them duke it out and eat each other alive first.  Omarosa then attacks the guys for never stepping up to project manager before now (for Lil Jon) and Dennis has yet to.  This unleashes Dennis and he starts really attacking Omarosa.  Dennis starts attacking her for the time she won a few weeks ago because she sat there and cried and there were no tears.  That she faked it the whole time.

Trump points out that Dennis has a great story of redemption.  That he’s come back after struggling with drugs and alcohol and he’s really putting in a great effort and showing enthusiasm.  So FINALLY!!!   Trump fires Omarosa!  He said she helped make him a star and make his show #1.  Gag!

Side note, why was Eric Trump even on this episode???  He didn’t say a word the entire time.  Just nodded.  That was all.  I understand it was hard to get a word in, but geez.  Why even have him there?

Bachelor Pad 2013 Canceled / Not Returning

That’s right… there will be no Bachelor Pad in the summer of 2013.  After last summer’s epic finale, I am not sure why this was decided.  But Mike Fleiss commented on  Twitter that it’s “not happening this summer.”  Guess Michael Stagliano and Erica Rose can take the summer off.  We will miss them and other Bachelor rejects though!!  AshLee would have been a good contestant… I can see her getting feisty and competitive!  Tierra doesn’t need anymore time in the spotlight though so I won’t be sad to not see her again.  Who would be in your dream cast of the Bachelor Pad?

The Bachelor: Sean Lowe: After the Final Rose Recap

SEAN LOWE

So Sean and his new fiancee rode off into the sunset on an elephant together and we are now back with  Chris Harrison for the LIVE After the Final Rose show.

Chris then calls out Sean to sit down with him.  Sean says he’s on top of the world right now and it’s showing.  He is absolutely glowing.  I don’t see guys glow very often, but he really lights up.  After they discuss how great Catherine is, they shift the focus to Lindsay.  Sean says after what went down on “Women Tell All” episode (i.e. with he and Lesley) he’s a bit nervous to see Lindsay.  Lindsay comes out… her hair’s a bit darker, wearing a cream colored dress, looking beautiful.  She asks Sean “what happened?”  And Sean said he doesn’t have any answers for her other that he just fell in love with someone else.  He says he just knows that Catherine’s the one.  Lindsay keeps drilling him looking for answers… what was it, what happened on that last date, why did you choose her?  Lindsay says her faith had a lot to do with getting through the heartbreak.

Now Catherine comes out wearing a sexy black dress and just beaming!  She shows her ring to Chris and they are happy to now be able to be public.  She said her feelings first developed on their date in Canada.  Sean tells her that she’s his best friend and he never wants to say goodbye to her and feels blessed to be spending the rest of his life with her.  Catherine said walking towards Sean just before the proposal,  either way she knew it was going to change her life.  So she was excited and nervous for it.  Chris rolls the tape of the proposal and they get to watch it together for the first time ever.  I’m getting choked up watching it all over again and watching their reaction to it.  This is a couple that is going to stick.  I have complete faith these two will be married forever.  Sean said he had to tell her to look at the ring… she never even looked at the ring!

Sean announces that their wedding will be aired on TV and ABC will cover the wedding.  That’s smart!  Much cheaper that way for them.  Catherine says even though they don’t have a date yet she doesn’t see a reason to have a waiting period.  Chris said they have never had a couple so serious and so ready right out of the gate to be married.  Sean says he just knows he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

And now for the announcement for the next Bachelorette!  As I posted yesterday, it is Desiree!!!!  So excited for that!  She receives a standing ovation from the room.  She has her bangs combed back with her hair.  I think I liked her better with bangs.  She’s gorgeous either way, but her forehead is a bit big and the bangs helped cover it.  Desiree is getting very emotional talking about the opportunity she has as being the new Bachelorette.  Going to be a great season!!

The Bachelor: Sean Lowe: Season 17, Episode 12 FINALE

This is a recap of the finale, stay tuned for a post after this recapping “After the Final Rose” episode.

bachelor-finale-two-w724

THREE HOUR finale… not loving this trend of the shows getting longer and longer.  No show should be as long as the movie Titanic, you know?  But regardless, I love finales and I love The Bachelor, so here we go!

Chris Harrison greets a live audience and says that they have a “Bachelor First” and “Late Breaking News” that could provide one of the most romantic moments in Bachelor history.  Hmmm….  Here is my GUESS… maybe he doesn’t actually propose to the “winner” during the taping of the finale but now that it’s been a couple months since taping has ended and they’ve seen what their relationship is like outside of the show, he is now ready to propose for ratings in front of the live audience.  Totally just speculating here.

The ending (who he chooses) got spoiled for me after the second episode, so the part I am looking forward to finding out the most is… who is the letter from and what does it say???  (if you’ve seen the teasers for this episode then you know what I’m talking about) Can’t wait for that!

Sean and crew are still in Thailand in the most gorgeous setting ever.  His family arrives: mom, dad, sister, brother-in-law, and niece and nephew.  They are there to meet each girl and possibly provide some clarity.  First up the family will be meeting Catherine. His mom says “if there’s going to be a proposal then you need to already have your mind made up in your head.”  He says “you would think that, logically you would think that but he has strong feelings for both of them at the same time.”

Catherine arrives, she’s obviously nervous about meeting the family.  She’s all smalls with a nervous laugh, but it’s pretty adorable.  The family seems very loving and accepting towards her though.  Sean’s mom, Sherry, pulls Catherine aside and asks her some tough questions, but Catherine handled it really well and very seriously.  Her mom is very skeptical about Sean proposing after not spending all that much time together.  Catherine tells Sean’s dad that she’s “consumed by him.” Sean’s dad tells her “If you’re the one that Sean ends up marrying, you will never have a bigger fan than me.”  Catherine looks completely touched by this and I am all teared up myself.  Wow… I mean, Catherine needs this.  She needs a father figure in her court and support like this.  His dad is very choked up while he’s explaining that she would be his daughter.  What a great man!  Sean’s dad is my hero.

Next day, it’s Lindsay’s turn.  She looks cute, but her navy, lacy dress was a bit short for meeting the family.  The family teases her about walking out of the limo in a wedding dress.  Lindsay is very nervous and laughing a ton… a bit immaturely.  His dad pulls her aside first and asks similar questions he asked Catherine.  He follows it by saying that they have prayed for his wife.  They have prayed that a woman would come into his life that would have all of these qualities and he says that if she’s the wife that has been sent for him then he couldn’t be more happy.  The two of them got very teary-eyed.  Lindsay also hit it off well with Sean’s mother.  The two woman are great, but Lindsay definitely seemed to win over the family more.

Sean is talking it over with his family and his mom keeps harping on him about not proposing.  He tells his mom he just wants her support. His mom begins to cry and he takes her for a walk to talk about it… I think an attempt to get her away from the cameras a bit.  She said she’s just worried about it and if he can’t decide then maybe he shouldn’t pick either one of them.  I have to say he is so sweet to his mama!  I hope my son is this sweet, caring, and respectful to me when he’s a grown man.  Such a solid family.

Sean’s last date with Lindsay… They take a raft down the river.  Lindsay looks like she’s on cloud nine happy and Sean’s face says it all… the man is stressed.  He does not looked relaxed, he does not look happy.  Lindsay tells him she loves him and that she’s never meant it so much.  Could be just because he can’t say it back to her, but he seems very uncomfortable when she says it.  Then the date continues later in the evening back at her suite.  Sean seems way more relaxed.  Lindsay said she’s really nervous.  She doesn’t know what she’s going to do if she lost him.  He tells her “don’t be nervous.”  Then they kiss a bunch.  Lindsay says she’s got something special for him.  They write wishes on lanterns and send them off and they say in Thailand that then the wishes come true.  The three wishes are Happiness, Family, and Love.  Sean says at this moment he really feels she is the one for him.

Final date with Catherine… Sean surprises her with an elephant and that is their mode of transportation.  Sean i seriously just lit up surprising her with this.  Catherine is soooo excited and you can tell it makes Sean so happy to make her happy.  Catherine feels like she just fits and that they just work and she sees them growing old together.  They resume the date back at her suite in the evening and Catherine knows she needs to get everything out and tell him how she feels.  She tells him that she’s been having a hard time expressing herself because he can’t fully tell her how he feels.  She says that she’s thankful for his family and that family means so much to the two of them.  Sean reassures her that she’s been on his mind and she’s an incredible woman and he sees them spending a lot more time together.  They have a really long hug and kiss goodbye and she whispers “Sean…  I love you.”  and he says “thank you for today.”  They don’t seem to want to let go of each other.  He leaves and she just has a bad feeling come over her.  She said she was looking for something in his eyes to tell her that he felt the same way and she didn’t see it.  He walks away, and she soon after goes after him.  He hugs and kisses her… she says that she wants more than that.  She feels like shit.  She’s getting very insecure, but she feels that way because she has completely let her guard down which she’s not used to doing and he’s not able to give her enough reassurance.  This was really hard to watch.  Very heavy.

Ahhh yes… more scenes of Sean in just a towel.  That’s awesome.  Never gets old.  Sean talks about what he likes in both of the woman.  He says he woke up this morning with a woman he couldn’t stand to live without.  He suddenly has clarity.  In walks the ring guy and Sean gets to pick out the ring for proposing to his lady.  Now more shots without his shirt on as he prepares to propose.   Sean gets emotional talking about how he can’t wait to start his life with this woman.

Lindsay looks hot in a long, silver dress.  She also is getting emotional talking about how Sean is everything she ever wanted.  Catherine is in a beautiful gold dress.  But she is feeling emotional in a whole different way.  She’s scared of the unknown.

Sean takes his place on the platform…. in his interview he’s saying he’s dreading saying goodbye to a girl he doesn’t have a reason to say goodbye to.  He’s dreading seeing the hurt and the look on her face.  Out of the first car is…… LINDSAY… which almost always means she is the one to be let go.  She takes the very long out… over the bridge, through the woods… to get to Sean’s platform.  She finally arrives out to him and he tells her she looks beautiful.  The usual speech about all the wonderful things about her.  Then he says “this is the toughest things I’ve ever had to do.  I want to give you my heart so bad but my heart’s beating somewhere else.  As of yesterday I didn’t know which way I was going to choose…”   he continues “I have to say goodbye to you and it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.  And… I love you.  That’s the hardest part… I love you.”  She just nods the whole way through and says “it’s okay, it’s okay.  Just don’t.  It’s okay.”  She then just crumbles and cries.  She said, “Okay, well I’m going to go.  Because this is just really painful.  I’m happy for you, I’m happy you found love, but I just can’t picture my life without you.  And that’s something I’m going to have to figure out.”  She then takes off her heels to make the long journey back.  Sean is walking a few feet behind her on the way out.  Not sure who is crying more at this point… Sean or Lindsay.  I find myself crying right now and I think I’m honestly crying because I feel more bad for him that he had to break her heart than I do for her having her heart broken.  I honestly think it’s hurting him just as much as she is hurting.  This is the suckiest part of The Bachelor shows!!

The Chris Harrison delivers the infamous letter and it’s from CATHERINE!!!  Oh no!!  UGH COMMERCIAL BREAK!!!  They’re killing me!!! Okay, we’re back.  It’s a love letter!!!!  Talking about how perfect they are together and how great their lives will be together.  Awwwwww!!!!   Now Catherine’s walking towards him and I can’t help but realize the irony in their dresses.  Catherine’s wearing gold symbolizing first place, Lindsay in silver for second place.  AshLee should have a bronze dress!

She gets to the platform.  Sean tells her that every time they say goodbye he misses her.  He doesn’t want to every say goodbye anymore.  Catherine I want to spend the rest of my life telling you I love you and make you feel like the most special, beautiful woman in the world.  **Gets down on one knee** Catherine, will you marry me?”  She says Yes!  “Oh my gosh!  Is this for real??”  They are so adorable!!!  Now I’m crying out of happiness!  I love these two!!  They are seriously the best people in the world!!  SEAN AND CATHERINE together forever!!  Then they get on a freakin’ elephant!!!!!! How cool is that?!!

Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars (Season 13, Episode 2) Recap

Celebrity_Apprentice_AllStars

Episode: Just as Simple as Making Soup

Still disappointed that Bret Michaels was fired last week so unfairly.  Trump really just had a bone to pick with him.  He thought it was stupid for Bret to come back, but I totally get it.  He wanted more money for his charity plus to be the winner of an All Star season would really carry weight… in the world of Reality TV where nothing really matters anyway.

As usual, the episode starts off where last week’s ended… with the two remaining contestants from the boardroom (in this case Brande and LaToya) join the teams back at the suite and everyone acts like they’re all so happy to see them… and maybe some are.  But there are a few who kind of threw Brande under the bus last week that should be a little worried now.  Brande and LaToya explain to the teams why Bret was the one that got fired.  Omarosa is gloating that she predicted this.

Then Trump shows up unexpectedly and tells them they will be going on a private airplane, a 757, to go to Florida and Universal Orlando resort.  Trace explains he will not be on this task.  He booked a cruise over a year ago and he will be away doing that.  Dee Snider steps up immediately to be project manager for his team as well as Omarosa for her team.  She explains she’s playing for her late fiancee, Michael Clarke Duncan, for his charity Sue Duncan Children’s Center.  Dee is playing for the charity Broadway Cares.

Trump’s private jet is amazing and of course has his name plastered on the side of it.  On the big screen TV in the jet, Trump delivers the task to the contestants.  While at Universal Orlando Resort they will create a photo experience and will have access to the theme parks in order to capture amazing photos.  Judged by the following criteria: 1) creativity of the photo experience, 2) integration of Universal’s marking campaign, and 3) guest experience.  Winning project manager to receive $20k for their charity.

UniversalOnce the teams get to their space they meet with the Universal Executives that give them a few more details about their task.  The Execs get done explaining it to the Power team and ask if there are any questions.  Omarosa immediately says, “Mr Rodman has a question.”  He says, “I do?”  He was half asleep and she just called on him for no reason.  Not sure what her motive was there. He finally asks a decent question, which is do they typically have celebrities in their promotional pictures.  Their answer was no, that the characters are their stars and focus as well as the guests.  With Dee’s team, the key take away was the they want to capture memories with a family.

Omarosa’s team has decided to do three experiences that you can move from one to the next scenario with.  So start with Harry Potter, end with Despicable Me, and they still have to figure out the middle one.  She sends the team out to the park to capture pictures and has Dennis stay back with her.

Dee decides that it needs to be celebrity driven.  He wants cutouts of every single one of them lined up.  His reasoning is that he hears on tasks often times, “you didn’t use your celebrity enough.” Penn disagrees and says you should do something that looks impossible and is memorable.  He has the idea of having the mirror trick so it looks like people’s heads are just floating.  It’s all illusion based.  Stephen is skeptical of Penn’s idea and doesn’t think they have enough time to pull it off.

Omarosa’s team goes out, takes pictures, and buys things for the photo experience even though they don’t completely understand Omarosa’s vision.  The team is all trying so hard because they don’t want to go to the boardroom with her because they know she’s difficult to fight against.   Dee’s team, Plan B, is still trying to figure out how to execute Penn’s idea.  Meanwhile they haven’t taken any pictures yet.  Omarosa explains her vision to the fabricators.  She explained to them she wants people to walk into Harry Potter’s castle, and at the end walk out of Despicable Me’s house and in the middle have the big Universal Globe with Spider-Man hanging down.  She wants them to create all of this.  They’re all looking at her like she is crazy.  Dee’s team finally goes out and takes pictures and acts all insane out there.

Power (Omarosa’s team) comes back and they don’t have any Spider-Man themed things because she never told them to get it.  On Dee’s team, he decided to abandon Penn’s ideas of using the illusions and instead go back to the celebrity cutouts.  Gary Busey says, “It’s Simple.  It’s as Simple as Making Soup.”  The rest of the team doesn’t like the cutout idea but realizes the time constraints with Penn’s idea.

The fabricators tell Omarosa that they just can’t complete everything in time.  Something’s got to give.  She acts very rudely towards them and tells them they need to get it done, that’s what they promised her.  They’re telling her they just cannot do it with the time that is left.  Dee gets paranoid because Stephen comes to him and whispers that he thinks it’s a good idea, keeping it simple with the cutouts.  Dee doesn’t get why he’s whispering and what he’s setting him up for.  Lisa Rinna and Marilu Henner are disappointed that it’s not 3D and they just don’t understand what it’s going to look like completed and they are concerned.  Omarosa’s team gets to their display and it still needs some major finishing touches, but I have to say, it looks pretty awesome!  To me, it’s already the clear winner.  It features the different characters from the park, it’s interactive and 3D, and it just looks very creative and professionally done.  Plan B’s team however, just has a royal blue background and the cutouts of themselves standing in front of it.  Looks pretty pathetic, honestly.  Penn points out the irony in having cardboard cutouts when the celebs are standing there for anyone to  have their picture taken with also.  Why would you want a cardboard cutout with a celeb when the real one is right there? With an hour left to go, my prediction is that Dee will be going home for this.

So the experience begins with guests of the park and Eric and Don Jr show up to see how things are going.  Their faces definitely say it all…. no smiles what-so-ever.  However, over at Omarosa’s team they were able to get them to interact and really get in the middle of the experience.  The two of them were all smiles.  Don Jr was definitely looking as handsome as ever too, I might add.  The Universal Execs then show up and Gary is being his usual clown-self.  I think he frightened the women a bit. Then they went to Omarosa’s and they immediately say “wow! this is really cool!”  Just like Eric and Don Jr, they got really involved and interacted with the scene and the celebs.

Boardroom time…. Dee says his team’s idea was his (kiss of death) and that they all participated in the presentation of it.  They all agree though that they liked him as a project manager.  While talking about Omarose and her managing skills, Dennis Rodman reveals that nobody more nasty than his mom.  His mom was tough, Omarosa is easy in comparison.  Trump passes out pictures from the opposite team to each team to review.  Omarosa notes that Dee’s team’s was very underwhelming.  She was underwhelmed.

Trump is about to announce who the winner is after going over what the execs had to say and he spends a good two minutes talking about his hair and if he should change it.   He finally announces the winner by doing a fake out saying, “Congratulations to Dee…. your team lost.”  Omarosa’s team wins and she breaks down crying.  Just can’t get it together.  She really is having a breakdown.  This is the first time EVER she’s won as project manager.  She’s so emotional because she was winning it for Michael Clarke Duncan’s charity and she’s had a very tough year with his passing.  Now the next 20 minutes should be boring because nobody should go home except for Dee, as much as I like the guy.

LaToya thinks that Omarosa is using this as a card to play in the game to help advance her.  I have to say, as harsh as it is, I totally believe that as well.  Omarosa’s reaction just seems very uncharacteristic and over the top to be completely authentic.

Blah Blah Blah…. I’ll admit I was multitasking through that last 20 minutes.  Dee Snider is fired.

Spoiler!! See who the next Bachelorette is!

DesireeHollywoodLife.com revealed that Desiree (Des) Hartsock will be the next Bachelorette and filming is to begin this week with the show premiering May 20th.  Some say that AshLee was the front runner to be the next Bachelorette until she blew it after Sean let her go.  Her cold and childish goodbye revealed a childish, immature side to her that didn’t sit well with audiences.  The announcement will officially be made on tomorrow night’s (March 11) finale of The Bachelor where Sean chooses the woman he wants to marry.  The Bachelor producers have always chosen a Bachelorette from a previous season of The Bachelor.  Whereas, not all Bachelors have come from previous episodes of The Bachelorette, but the last several season has been that case.  Producers say they get more viewers and audience engagement when done this way because fans are already invested in the people.  Some Bachelors that I wouldn’t mind coming back for the next season would be Jef Holm, Arie Luyendyk, or Chris Bukowski.  Okay, they’re all from Emily Maynard’s season, but still some favorites of mine!

I think the producers did a great job casting Des as the next Bachelorette.  She seems very level headed, sweet, fun, happy, attractive, and deserves a nice man!  Excited to meet the next 25 guys that vie for her affection!

Justin Timberlake on SNL: She’s Got A D!%K movie preview

Justin Timberlake joined the “Five Timers” club on SNL last night by hosting his 5th episode of the show.  As always, JT did not disappoint with skits sure to be classics such as Veganville and the Dick in a Box guys paired with the Wild and Crazy Guys.  But one of the best moments came in the second half during a movie preview that looked all too real.  The preview could have been for nearly any romantic comedy movie out there.  Guy gets girl, girl has a secret, guy loses girl, guy proves the secret doesn’t affect his love for her and gets girl back.  The only difference, the girl’s secret is that she has a penis.  She’s Got a Dick stars Justin Timberlake, an adorable Brunette, Eugene Levy, and A Confused Black Friend.  Twitter went crazy with posts on this including A Confused Black Friend getting is his own Twitter account.  To see the full movie preview: click here .

Prince smashes Captain Kirk Douglas’ Guitar

On Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night, Prince performed his new single “Bambi” after inhaling helium.  Okay, not really, but it sure sounded like it.  Amazing guitar skills yes, best singer in the world, not even close.  For the performance that featured many guitar riffs he asked to borrow Captain Kirk Douglas of the Roots (Jimmy’s house band) expensive 1961 Epiphone Crestwood guitar.  Captain agreed, Prince killed it, and then smashed it.  At the end of the performance, Prince, being the Diva rockstar that he is, threw the guitar up in the air and walked off stage.  The worst part? Douglas asked for Prince to autograph the damaged instrument and Prince refused.  Not cool Prince, not cool.
